1950's Complete Tonka TFD Fire truck set, in time for Christmas!!
No sure what else to write, pics are worth a thousand words. 100% complete, not missing any parts at all! Hoses on pumper were bought about 15 years ago to replace dry rotted originals.

Tonka # B-212 1957 Fire Department Set With Box. Condition is Used. Amazing B-212 Tonka 1957 Fire Department Set is in great condition and beautiful patina with the Rescue Squad truck , Pumper truck and Areial hydraulic truck with both extra ladders and the hydrant and dogs. The missing ladder wheel at the base and bolted connection at the fifth wheel. Some scratches and paint loss with a little rust apparent. 1957 Tonka Toys Vintage B-212 Fire Department Set-NEW IN BOX
eBay It appears to be new, but does have some scratches and a little wear. I don't think it was ever played with, the tires are like new. Please refer to all the attached photo's for its condition. As you know the value of collectable toys is really based on condition and these I believe are in extremely good shape. I'm not a toy collector but I've had this in my garage for about 40 years. It's in the original box. The box does have some tears. Complete set includes hook and latter, pumper truck and rescue van. This set is sold as is, so please look at the photo's carefully. 1958 TONKA FIRE DEPARTMENT SET B-213 w LADDER PUMPER TANKER TRUCKS & APTS. BOX!
This vintage vehicle is just one of a number of pressed steel and similar vehicles I will be listing this week. I always combine shipping for multiple auction winners so please take a look at my other auctions and save on shipping CONDITION NOTES: This rare set comes with all three vehicles in excellent condition showing only the most limited wear and all in the original "Tonka Apartments" Hi-Rise box! The vehicles have light surface marks here and there and the only "significant" wear I found was on the right side of the white tanker which has a spot of oxidation, as you can see. Otherwise, the vehicles are as nice as I have seen with all of their accessories in excellent condition too! The main box has age related discoloration and a few minor issues but it certainly ads to the display of the set! Keep an eye on this rare set for late bids! PLEASE REVIEW THE PICTURE(S) AND JUDGE THE CONDITION FOR YOURSELF. NOTE: I try to take clear pictures in indirect sunlight that clearly show the item’s natural color as well as any flaws so please be sure to view the picture(s) in order to judge the condition for yourself. 1950's Custom Tonka State Hi Way Dept Plow and Sand Truck
This is a custom made Tonka Hi Way Dept Plow and Sand Truck made with some original Tonka parts, some Tonka replacement parts, and some custom made pieces that I had to make. The long frame is from a No. 5 Tonka Pumper Firetruck, the sand hopper is from a Tonka grain hauling wagon. The front V plow is modified to sit more out in front of the truck to accommodate the two wing plows. The wing plows are custom made from sheet metal with the front mounts of aluminum channel. The rear wing mount and rear sand spinner is made from pieces of the No. 5 Pumper Firetruck rear fenders. The truck has new outside tires, hubcaps, top light, grill, headlights, and bumper. Sorry about the high shipping cost, but this truck is big and heavy. This a one of a kind custom piece, so please, you Tonka purists, do not bid on this thinking it is a Tonka original. RARE 1956 TONKA Fire Pumper Truck 1 OF 100 SALESMAN SAMPLE w/BULLET TAILLIGHTS
DESCRIPTION: This is a rare example of the Tonka 1956 No. 5 Fire Pumper made with bullet taillights. The regular 1956 Tonka Pumper did not have these taillights when sold to the public. There were only 100 of this version made in 1956 for Tonka Salesmen. MATERIALS: Pressed steel truck with rubber tires and hoses; and diecast hose reel, other trim, and fire hydrant DIMENSIONS: The overall length is 17”. CONDITION: EXCELLENT CONDITION – BARELY PLAYED WITH, IF EVER. There is just a bit of aging with storage for nearly 70 years! The hydrant has some paint chips. This may be one of the best-known examples left of this rare truck! It is the best of the best when it comes to collectible Tonka Toys and would be the pinnacle of most pressed steel car and truck collections ALWAYS CHECK MY LISTINGS FOR OTHER INTERESTING ITEMS! FYI: Our pictures are taken under bright incandescent camera lighting or using a flash that sometimes fades out the colors or makes them appear brighter. This also helps to show all distinguishing features and possible flaws on the item. TONKA 1957 CUSTOM SINCLAIR WRECKER / TOWTRUCK * 10 WHEELER
Custom built 1957 Tonka Sinclair wrecker. Built using a Tonka Suburban Fire Pumper with a few modifications! I cut out a second rear wheel well made made it a tandem axle 10 wheeler. The tow boom and side grab rails are custom built Smith Miller style.
